Having Similar issues with EG Starts USB encoder controller inputs... One version of the HW acts like it's trying to recognize by the OS after installation was successful. Another version of the HW the joystick inputs goes batty and the interface is continuously flipping (I think because the joystick keeps engaging/disengaging) so I can't do anything while it's plugged in. Anyone else seen this issue or similar? Any guidance would be appreciated.
