I have another update. It now works for me! I just got a second hand DUALSHOCK 4 USB Wireless Adapter PS4 CUH-ZWA1E. First I removed the DS4 as a bluetooth device, than i paired it with the dongle. After a quick test run with BB/ PCSX2 I can confirm that it works for me. Even after the DS4 goes into ehanced/ extended mode and stays in that mode when you exit back into BB, I can still navigate the BigBox menu. No wrapper like DS4Windows or Steam needed.

First things first: I love this theme. Is there a way to change the background video on a per platform basis? I've noticed that the BG.mp4 is not stored in Videos, but in Media/Background. Putting background videos with platform names in either folder does not work. Am I missing something?

Hi everyone, I sadly have the same issue and tried to find a workaround via a script, but it seems you can’t switch back to the normal DS4 mode after the extended mode was activated without power cycling the controller. I encountered it while starting SDL2 supported PC Games from GOG in Big Box with a .bat file to activate the rumble function in those games. When closing the game BigBox cannot be navigated without turning the controller on and off again. Unrelated to the thread: If anyone is curious and you want to play non-steam PC games with your DS4 controller and want to activate SDL2 extended mode (e.g. for rumble), you can start the game with a .bat-file.
