hi I have just got a box using this control and it works in big box tho the joystick is to sensitive and gos two or three options at a time any ideas how to solve this

I have got this system working but cant get matches on the roms when imported as the rom names of different so I can do it by hand putting the game name in getting the date then saving etc which I have tried for one rom ok. but if I take my time doing it for all the roms I need to be able to back it up and the lb packages would be perfect but if I back it up it puts the game in a seprate folder for each games(in a game folder) which wont run in demul unless you point it to each separate folder for each games as it does not read sub dirs. and the rom path must be set in demul. anyone know how I can back up the system amd keep the edited mandater

It looks so nice, but is it better than the Amiga WB 3.1 I have seen up to now? By better I mean it if plays more games and it faster or at least as fast. XD no fs-uae will run the whd games straight off it sets the virtual hard drive up etc automatically just use fs-uae-launcher.exe the whd game must still be zipped fs-uae will do the rest(a amiga 1200 pre set up) just open it once to select full screen

I have Amiga working very well with fs-uae as long as you have the kickstarts (amiga forever is the easiest way) is it ok if I post later a youtube link showing it working in lb

I hated ra at first it was unfriendly and a pain to use now I use it for many of my systems as dos76 says now it has the ui its a great emu. I took the time setting it up and having all the right files in the system folder zipped it up for whenever I need it. tho I don't use the mane or ps1 core

hi I wander if anyone can help my first problem is in my small emu build I have put big box in the start up folder but it does not focus on start up and cant use joypad until I click on the window with mouse button. my other problem is I use a ps4 gamepad and a 8bitdo arcade stick for mame some times when I restart the pc the joystick ids change I have looked on line and cant see a walk round for this any one have any ideas? at the moment the only way I can do it is to have the 8bitdo in usb mode boot up with it connected then turn on joystick.

I wanted to use a ps4 pad on my system because I like it better then the xbox one controller but I could not get the bigbox autohot keys working(think ds4 windows was interfering with it) updated to latest beta and they are working fantastic. just to let anyone know who wants to use ps4 control

I have just tested this and im using a git release pcsx2-v1.5.0-dev-571-g5de1600-windows-x86 and it works like a dream thanks so much i am doing a build on an alienware alpha i7 and a lot of ps2 games need tweeking to get a good speed this is going to be a life saver need to do a bit more testing tho

OK so i love the amiga and i was on a mission to set it up. when i used hyperspin i used winuae with winuae loader and was a pain to set up some games where fine where some where bad. in launchbox I use fs-uae after i found the post on here and it works like a dream. To make it easy and to get 1200 and aga games working you need to spend a bit of money. 1 amiga forever i cant remember how much it cost£10-£20 pounds I think but its the easiest way to get the right kickstarts legally and without hunting on the internet forever 2 a whdload reg key again one time cost and cant remember how much it cost but not a lot.you can down load the free version but not all games will work 3 fs-uae i use the portable download. 4 game roms in the whd format and they must be zipped When you add fs-uae to launchbox it does not need to be configured when fs-uae runs a whd zip it opens a A1200 in window mode and runs the game and auto configes a xinput gamepad. To get it full screen run fs-uae once outside options and configer full screen in the options.

sorry its not needed when I press the key I have mapped to escape a menu comes up and I can exit emu there.

Can I ask please I have bought a pc just to run emulators from and I am setting up from an external hard drive. I have found that you can get it to unzip the files if they are zipped and then run them and it puts them in launchbox 7z temp can I change this location to my ssd boot drive? thank you mike

I use neorain was a bit of a struggle but got there in the end this there must be a easier way

monyarm said how do you configure FS-UAE ? At the moment the latest dev build allows you to run all non a1200 games just my using the command line on fs uae lanchher. every whdload game I have tried has worked 100% so you just need fs-uae-launcher name of your zip file and it will auto run it in a a600 with 8meg of ram I hope he adds more options soon

Hi I don't know if anyone if anyone can answer a few questions. I love retro gameing and collecting systems etc but I just don't have the room to have them all out and set up(and some of my rpgs cost an arm and a leg) and launch box is perfect for my needs. but with ps2 games being up to 4gig each I can see collection getting very big. I have had hard drives go in the past and I don't want to lose the data. so I am toying with the idea of buying a nas drive say 8gig and think you can work in mirror mode. so I would have 4gigs of storage with a back up. 1 would launch box and most emus work of a nas drive 2 would I have to start from scratch as launch box would be looking for my roms in F:\launchbox\games? I could back up to an external hd but the moment I added a new game I would have to do it again hope someone can help
