Aspect Ratio Index in the Video Settings, you can choose all sorts of ratios in there, But just so you are aware you will be stretching 99% of your games and it won't look right.

hehe np, if you plan on doing SuperGrafx games too and just want to keep them under the same platform get the supergrafx core, it will handle all your TG / PC Engine, CD and Supergrafx games on one single core.

Does your core match up in Launchbox to the one you have in your Retroarch/core folder ?

Well if you first go into the "Configuration" menu and turn on "Configuration Per-Core" that will enable you to adjust your video settings and it will be saved for the core you currently have loaded.

The default should be Super Nintendo (SNES). Super Famicom is there for people who want to have separate regional platforms.

Ok then you have something else not right in Launchbox. A common problem is in the edit emulator window, check and make sure that the "Extract ROM archives" box is NOT checked. Also in the "Associated Platforms" tab make sure that the name in there matches the platform in the left hand column of Launchbox.

Yeah as long as you have download the snes9x_next_libretro.dll core using the Online Updated in Retroarch.

You probably noticed but just in case you didn't see them yet Brad just uploaded some new back to basics video tutorials on getting Retroarch and Launchbox up and running. Check those out and if you are still having problems then we will see what we can do to get you sorted out.

That's not a computer, that's a laundry machine. Hell todays laundry machines have more computing power in them lol.

After several days of messing around with the latest Mednafen with Saturn support I finally made my tutorial video on getting it up and running in it's basic form. I don't cover Launchbox usage in this video, but I may cover that in the future if it is needed.

Lol, ive never grown out of it. Bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Twisted Sister got me hooked in at an early age back in the early 80s and I am still going strong with it

With these fancy shmancy new forum boards would it possible and not too much work to get colour options ? The white is a bit bright and the option to have a darker theme would be greatly appreciated.

Shaders will have an impact depending on your GPU. Some shaders are heavier than others. While emulation itself is CPU dependent for every emulator out there shaders are all handled by your graphics card.

There is only about 6 or 7 games for the SuperGrafx but you will have the best port of Ghouls N Ghosts outside of the arcade version.
