  1. @neil9000 a few questions, Do you use the MAME romset split? or merge? When you imported the MAME / Arcade roms, do you import priorizing a region or with all clones?, and do you remember the skips options you have checked? Looking your screenshots, I missed Buster Bros game for example, but I have the rom, so it´s probably that the rom didn´t import to LB due a option I missed. Thanks.
  2. @SentaiBrad finally the XML open.... so the platform.xml had the structure of these platforms and paths...
  3. @Jason Carr @Charco @neil9000 problem solved. I had Capcom CPS as platforms a few weeks ago, after delete as platforms, it seems that platform.xml doesn´t update correctly, so LB detects that platforms already exists (maybe I had the platforms.xml file opened....) silly mistake... Thanks!
  4. Thanks @neil9000. I´ll try this afternoon and tell you the results.
  5. @Jason Carr I just noticed that for example, in the Atari Classics list, appears games for the romset AAE (I have it apart from the MAME). It´s like the filter of the playlist searched not only into the MAME platform.
  6. Really strange, with older mame romsets was the same result @neil9000. I noticed that you have Sega model2 and 3, and Atomisswave.... they are missing for me already. Could you pass me the XML files to import into my LB?. @Jason Carr do you know why happens this issue for me?.
  7. @neil9000 can you attach me the XML files for playlist?, or show me the filter to obtain only the roms for these systems?
  8. @neil9000 yes, I tried this, but it doesn´t create these ones. I think the only missed area CPS1, 2 and 3. I already search the roms of these system and exists on the MAME arcade romset I had imported.
  9. Hi!, could someone tell me which playlists generates LB automatically?. I have the complete MAME 0.185 romset, but I missing some playlist I watched in videos, for example AAE, Capcom CPS1, CPS2,... I tried both configurations in imports, import priorizing regions, and import all the clones, and the result is the same with playlists. Now the playlist that has been generated are: - Atari Classics - Capcom Classics - Cave - Daphne - Data East Classics - Irem Classics - Konami Classics - Midway Classics - Namco Classics - Namco Classics 22 - Nintendo Classics - Sega Classics - Sega Hikaru - Sega ST-V - SNK Classics - SNK Neo Geo MVS - Taito Classics - William Classics Thanks!
  10. Hi @Jason Carr, a few questions about the CRC check: I downloaded a new image set for a platform, I noticed that the downloaded images are repeated, for example, now I have three different boxes for the same game (from DB and emumovies), the images are different, also the CRC, and their are named ad "1st Division Manager.55c7e3c1-d7e6-4228-bd40-a373cfb3016b-01" , etc... Before I think LB only downloaded one image for each of the category The improvement only check if you have an image with the same CRC or check that the CRC of the game are the same that the linked image in the DB?
  11. @Jason Carr I generated the autoplaylist of last version, and I noticed that it adds games from other platforms instead of only MAME / Arcade. Is this normal? For example, for Nintendo Classics it added a game from Nintendo Game & Watch, or in the Sega Classics it added Mario Kart 8 from Wiiu!!!. I attached a few examples.
  12. @Jason Carr only a minor translate bug. In spanish version when you right click on a game.
  13. @Jason Carr I received this error message every time I try to edit this game from PSX (Amerzone). From the audit screen. Referencia a objeto no establecida como instancia de un objeto. 14. @Jason Carr I changed to the playlist view to create a new playlist. After this I selected the Platform view, then I selected the Platform category view and suddenly this happens.... three systems are without category... they lost the extract as field
  15. Hi! I,m trying to import swlist, but it doesn,t find any rom. I have the directory outside from the mame folder, and the mame.ini with the correct rompath. Inside my folder I have a structure for any system. I.e. 32x, amiga_flop, etc... Enviado desde mi SM-G920F mediante Tapatalk
  16. No, Im not changed. Originally I had spanish settings. The rest of the platforms and games appears in english. For the addittional apps menu.
  17. @Jason Carr I experienced something strange. A few days ago I reimported my Genesis collection with the option of grouping games. Everything ok. Today I changed the name of various games to match with the LBDB. And then I used the auto combined rom function for the Genesis platform. The example is with the Beyond Oasis game. It duplicates me the entries of additional aplications and in different languages!! I attached the image. Obviously I only have one rom file per region.
  18. @Jason Carr awsome the new auto playlist feature. But one question, the relationship between every row (filter) are "And" or "Or"??
  19. Mainly is for manage a "clean" romset. Now I worked with goodsets for Amstrad (the only one I know), and there a lot of garbage.
  20. Yes @SentaiBrad. The problem is not the working with MESS (included in MAME), it works perfectly. The problem is the naming convention of the software list roms. They need to solve the title name throught the XMLs files.
  21. ummmm...ok, I know what happens with my Softwarelist romset. I imported it with the force mame metadata, and exactly that 202 romfiles are named exactly as certainly mame romfiles, so the scrapper recognized the name of these games. @Jason Carr how works the "force mame metadata"?, I think it match the filename with a XML file or something from MAME. For MAME software List could be the same. There are one .XML file for each system of MAME software list (I attached an image), and it has the information for every filename and game, very similar to the platforms XMLs. Could be perfect to expand the actual funcionality of force MAME metadata to force SW MAME metadata, choosing the user the .XML file to work during the import. For example: <softwarelist name="cpc_cass" description="Amstrad CPC cassettes"> <!-- Games --> <software name="007tld" supported="no"> <description>007 The Living Daylights (UK)</description> <year>1987</year> <publisher>Domark</publisher> <info name="usage" value="Load with |TAPE and then RUN&quot;&quot;" /> <part name="cass1" interface="cpc_cass"> <dataarea name="cass" size="59943"> <rom name="007 the living daylights (uk) (1987) (uk retail version) [original] [tape].cdt" size="59943" crc="c364c140" sha1="c9bcb5cd6368e22718d8711949c586a14440ed2b" offset="0" /> </dataarea> </part> </software> <software name="007tlds" cloneof="007tld" supported="no"> <description>007 The Living Daylights (Spa)</description> <year>1987</year> <publisher>Domark</publisher> <info name="usage" value="Load with |TAPE and then RUN&quot;&quot;" /> <info name="alt_title" value="Tuer N'est Pas Jouer, 007 - Alta Tension" /> <part name="cass1" interface="cpc_cass"> <dataarea name="cass" size="60121"> <rom name="007 the living daylights (uk) (1987) (spain retail version) [original] [tape].cdt" size="60121" crc="0c26dde1" sha1="88f5e991ca54190ad95fe18ad89b604fa5a61e00" offset="0" /> </dataarea> </part> </software>"
  22. @Jason Carr please, do you know if the import of MAME softwareList works?.
