The crash only happens qith the 6.10 beta -1. With the 6.9 official it runs, but I can´t set the language settings.

I forgot to say that I update other time to the last beta version and it crashed again. I read some problems with the plays.tv, but I dont have anything of plays.tv in my computer.

Hi @Jason Carr, today I update LB to last version, change some platforms and run Bigbox, but it crashed. Later I try to launch LB with this error message. I try to rollback to the 6.9 version, copying the .exe files (BB and LB) to my directory, and it works, but now the language is set to english, but in the options menu it is to Spanish. I tried to change to English and restart, and then change to Spanish and restart, but it is still in English. It checked the XML file and the language option is set to "es". It´s probably that my XML is corrupted?, any ideas?. Thanks.

Hi, i,m trying to use it with .ipf roms. The program works perfectly, but when i try to launch the rom y fsuae it says that I dont have the ipf plugin installed. I download the capsimg plugin dll, but it doesnt appear in the plugin windows. Do you know how to make it works??. Thanks

Ummm... my .exw file is named fsuaelauncher.exe It is the default .exe when i downloaded the portable version of fsuae. I dont know if we are talking of different executables???. And the uuid??? It refers to the unique id of the rom, isnt it?. I could do something with it?

Sorry one question. Whats the meaning of uuid???

Hi @Eirulan. Yes, the emulator settings are the same. Opening directly fsuae I have all the data base for the whload games and I can launch the games correctly. With your program I checked both checkbox and it generates all the directories and files, which I imported to LB. Tomorrow I will try the same but with a adf romset. Thanks!

Hi @Eirulan. I tried the same configuration and use your app to scrappe. But when i launch a game, LB opens the fsuae launcher, but not the game. I scrape the killer gorilla whdload files. Do you know what happens??. Thanks.

In LB you can add any files as roms, even if they aren´t in the LBDatabase. Now the LBDB isn´t complete for all the systems and all the existing romsets, so it can´t check to filter only the roms that are games for this platform. Everyone must have organized their roms and folders correctly to get the result that you want.

Hi, you can move your bios files to another folder. For each platform I have two folders, roms and bios, and I only import to LB the rom folder.

Thanks, now it works. I used to open directly the csv with excel, and in this case I got the mentioned error in some rows.

@elliot763 another question. I open the .csv file with Excel, but then what caracter do I use to convert text to columns?. I used the "," but there are many errors because the field title has it inside. I try to use the combination ' "," ' but Excel don´t let me do this.

@elliot763 yes!, it works from the command line!. Thanks. Previously, from the Windows directly (double click on the icon), it doesn´t generate any log file, so I understand that it not works.

Funciona, he eliminado todas las lineas con "wikipediaid" (parece que la de WikipediaURL no es necesaria eliminarla), y ahora me descarga nuevas imágenes al poder enlazarlas con id de la LBDB. @CliveBarker parece que esto era mi problema de origen que te comentaba en un post anterior. Gracias!.

Hi @elliot763, I´m using Win10 x64 and I´ve the same problem. Yesterday I downloaded the offline version of JRE SE from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jre8-downloads-2133155.html But when I try launch the .jar file, nothing happens. Do I need another version of JRE? or I´m making a mistake?

Ni idea... es imposible saberlo si no aparecen en algún listado masivo... yo creo que es un error de LB, debería de tratar diferente los metadatos a la hora de descargarlo. Sino la única solución es bien modificar el XML de forma masiva (borrando las entradas a la Wikipedia) o bien borrando e importando de nuevo los juegos... una locura...

Y una ultima cosa, en tu último post comentas que se te descargaron correctamente las imágenes desde la LBDB, pero el juego no se te asoció a la LBDB???, has perdido el id en el XML. Es muy muy raro que te las haya descargado pero no te haya creado el campo en el XML....

Efectivamente es lo mismo que me pasa a mi. Pero en verdad es un problema, imaginate que hace meses un juego que no estaba en la LBDB me lo descargué con los metadatos de la Wikipedia. Pues ese juego nunca más volverá a linkarse con la LBDB ni descargarse las imágenes de dicha DB, a no ser que vaya uno a uno borrando la asociación con la Wikipedia (impensable). No no, prueba lo siguiente. Desde el menu Edit lo asocias a la Wikipedia. Y luego reemplazas todos los metadatos desde el menu descargar imagenes / metadatos. Estoy seguro que te lo seguirá dejando en la Wikipedia, aunque tu hayas seleccionado descargar metadatos desde LBDB.

Buuufff... no se que me pasa entonces!!... pero fijate que a ti te ha seguido dejando la URL de la Wikipedia, eso es raro no?. Se supone que al reemplazar metadatos, te lo borra todo y te descarga lo que encuentre nuevo según el origen de la info.

Que va, el XML estaba cerrado. Ahora intenta lo siguiente, selecciona el juego, y descarga de nuevo los metadatos para ese, reemplazando los metadatos completamente con la opción de búsqueda en la LBDB. Sin descargar imagenes ni nada. A ver si te lo asocia ahora a la LBDB.
