To get this logo I used a utility named PS3GameExtractor and found it in the INSTALL.PKG. Not submitted to LB database as I could find no entry.

After doing another search I found the text here: https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/レミングス and translated it says 'Action puzzle game' do you still want that text as it doesn't seem to really be part of the logo.

the white Japanese text is too small for me to work with, if you could post the characters here I might be able to use that.
