  1. I understand. I was actually going to suggest something to that affect. Thank you for keeping my frontend OCD at bay.
  2. Hi Jason, I know I am new and maybe this is just because I am so used to my setup this way but I actually prefer not to merge my systems even though I know 99% of Super Famicom games will run on an SNES there is still that 1% that will not (those special chip games). I personally like to see the difference of the look of the console and its unique bio and that platforms database contain all of the games that were released to be played on that system, even if that means i have duplicate roms. I guess my point is at the end of the day they were two separate systems meant for different parts of the world and games that were released for each system that were meant to be played in that region on that system. I like to visually see that separation and its always great when I am showing someone my setup and they say "What the heck is a Super Famicom?!?". Honestly it's not like I couldn't accomplish the same thing with the merged databases, really it would just mean that I would have to populate the platform artwork and information manually, not a lot of work. Possible suggestion, I am not sure what your database schema looks like but maybe you could have the main platform database for SNES that contains both PAL and NTSC games, then a separate database for Super Famicom for only PAL games, everyone happy. I don't know but with my experience I would guess this preference is split 50/50 some people could care less or would rather have one platform, others couldn't sleep at night unless that distinction was made between the two. The naming changes however I completely agree with, PC Engine SuperGrafx was the official name same goes for the others. We would probably like you said need something for rocket launcher. Just my 2 cents. Sorry if i beat this to death
  3. Glad to be here Jason. Your suggestion worked like a charm. Here is a video of the platform view nearly finished.
  4. You have my permission . My github has the most recent bezels\overlays. Glad to see that people are enjoying them.
  5. Lol I know I have disappeared for a while. 2 children and 2 moves have kept me busy. Finally getting settled in after moving across the country, just got my system back up and running a few days ago. We will see but it looks like I may slowly be gaining more down time to work on things like this which will be great because I definitely miss it.
  6. Hi all, This is my first post so ill introduce myself. I am a long time HyperSpin and RLauncher user/contributor, in recent years I have been more active on RL forums after HyperLaunch split into its own entity, most of my contributions have been artwork (bezels, loading screens, etc.) and AHK module code (mainly for the Retroarch module recently). https://github.com/nosh01 for examples of some of my work. I am glad to be here after for a long time, craving something modern, new, fresh and feature rich from a frontend perspective. It seems something new is being added every week which is exciting and refreshing to see. With that being said, I am working on a new custom theme, not sure what i am going to call it yet, screenshot on my ultra-wide below. Right now as you can see I am working on the platforms view which really is mostly done, I just want to make some font changes and probably the box listing. I am in need of some help, it seems that the TextBlocks within FilterDetailsView are ignoring FontSize, if I had to guess it is being overridden somewhere?
