Ok so does demul run .dat files?

I want to play Naomi games and makaron has a good list but is demul is better I will use, I had a lot of trouble finding demul bios set that worked with demul

After an evil leprechaun go into my pc and formatted where had all my roms and emulators I also lost Makaron emulator so I need to find a tutorial how to configure.. Mkaron is an older Naomi emulator that uses .dat files Thanks

Where do I add the background music? I do not see a folder where to drop off the file Where do I add platform logo? and do they need to be a particular size and name. I want to add alpha burn alpha and the Capcom system 1,2,3 Thanks

I do understand that MAME game database is much larger but I hate that I have to guess what game is working or to see that the database has been updated making games unplayable, I want to be able to press a game and play.. I do not like interruptions in my experience by having games that do not work. I played console games with no interruption so that's what I'm looking for. FBA gives me the closet to that even if it does not plays all that games that MAME does at least I can play without the interruptions and that's exactly what I got when I went to the arcades.

I do not really like the newer MAME I started playing it at MAME 84 but after that I hate how many games were removed, in the other hand Final Burn Alpha gathered great games and now is even doing console games, I would just scrape MAME for system specific games but not as a whole maybe using the filters on mame would give me better result but as of right now I do not like mame.

I did that before and I ended up with a whole bunch of game that did not played on fba, so that is why I would only import the games that are playable on fba

what is the name of the mari bros rom set including the name of the sound samples? Maybe I used an old rom set

I love FBA it plays many good games minus the garbage, the only that I wish it played perfectly is "Mario Bros" that game has no sound.

taito but it might be best to just use Final Burn Alpha since there is really nothing really that it plays that FBA do not.

there is free online conversion software but you have to do it a few at a time.. Goog "WEBM to MP4".. I purchased http://www.videoconverterfactory.com/hd-video-converter/ that is the free version but can only do 1 at a time and there is a nag screen after every conversion.

I'm trying to get Raine 32 to run but I do not understand how to even start a game.. I used it many years ago and it was great now it seems like I'm a a loss.

For me they do not play in any mode since they are in .WEBM format so, I'm converting them to .mp4 and linking them to the proper game.

The emumovies scraper does not have any neogeo game videos!!! is this system been left out? Can anybody point me to a neogeo video database? Thanks

Can you guys do a side by side comparison of Bizhawk & Retroarch with and without shaders? I know that the game looked actually better on an older tv.

I'm using the original bios but bios clones might not work.. I'm not into retroarch special effects I just want some basic effects..How many people are really using effects? for me is about emulation of the game not about effects so I'm good the a multi console emulation that Bizhawk offers with out too much extras.

It works great with launchbox.. I'm running Atari lynx on it which I could not in any of my previous attempts, colecovision also works and yes its very particular about the bios you use on it.

I found BizHawk emulator http://www.emucr.com/2016/11/bizhawk-git-20161105.html this emulator is a multi console emulator that even can use retroarch cores Its working nicely with Atari Lynx but not sure if it works with launchbox since I do not know if it can run with command lines, the source code is open so maybe somebody can tell if it can run with commands!! I have a recent version of mame .178 so I will see if by using the file you provided I can extract the Naomi roms., by the way I found an emulator that runs .dat files its call "Makaron"
