  1. I'm confused, isn't that what clrmamerom does?
  2. I do like how there's region and version info on Arcade scrap now tho, very useful. I like to have all clones imported.
  3. Yeah, read about sub-platforms, that sounds ideal. I sure do use CRT shaders, that's what got me in RA in the first place I tend to only use MAMEUI tho
  4. I think I'm the one confused lol I was kinda hoping you could inport a rom file only once regardless of platform I guess. So, say, blazstar.zip is only included in the Neo Geo platform even tho it's in the mame romset too. That kinda thing. I use retroarch for both mame and fba, so video quality is about the same, I just find FBA to be smoother, oddly. Probably placebo.
  5. But won't the mame platform still contain the fba roms too? That's what I'm trying to eliminate. I know the difference between the 2 neo geo versions, just wondered if there was a difference scraping as either?
  6. I've got the MAME 0179 full set and roll back ROMs and the appropriate DATs and from that I've created an FBA full set (made and confirmed with clrmamepro). I want, ideally, to import both the MAME full set and the FBA full set but without duplication. At the moment I have the FBA ROMs appearing the MAME section too. This is because I prefer the FBA core of RetroArch but want to fallback on the MAME2014 core when it's not compatible with FBA. How would I accomplish this? I'm guessing I import the FBA ROMS first then MAME? Also related, I've got a Neo Geo full set and most of them appear in the MAME listing too, same solution? I use FBA for Neo Geo too but like having a Neo Geo platform. Lastly (sorry ) when scraping what's the difference between Neo Geo AVS and MVS?
  7. Last question ( for now, sorry ) Is LB portable? I originally installed it onto an SSD but with all the images and videos it's getting rather big. Can I just cut and paste the whole folder to my mechanical drive?
  8. That's wrong (mine says same so it's not you), I very much doubt it has HDMI
  9. Yeah, I tried that last night, I thought it was me, but apparently not lol No biggie...
  10. Sadly not, if I change Genesis to MegaDrive I don't lose anything, change Sega CD to Sega MegaCD I lose the data as above. 'Tis weird.
  11. Ah, sorry no, that's not what I meant. When you go to edit platform it shows details about the system itself, it's that that clears itself. The games and images are fine, I was doing that bit right lol Like here for example (not my image): It makes all those fields go blank.
  12. Is there any change at all for some 3440x1440 love on these?
  13. OK, thanks for that. Any idea that when I change from Sega CD to MegaCD I lose the metadata about the machine, like CPU and launch date etc? It seems to keep it when I change any other system.
  14. Hiya, pretty much brand new to LB and I've just launched (no pun intended) into premium, hoorah! However, I'm having a slight issue with renaming a system. I'm from the UK so Sega CD is called Sega MegaCD here so I changed the name but lost all the metadata when you go to "edit platform". I also want to change Sega Genesis to Sega Mega Drive. What exactly should I be doing to achieve this? I obviously also want all the images moved to the correct folder; can you just advise which folders I should be renaming? Thank you
