Hi everyone got a question im trying to sort out my games within my PlayStation 2 system I need to unzip them and if I do I don't have enough space on drive.im sure I read somewere that I could leave them zipped up if I also installed rocket-launcher.though can't find any info .so thinking I'm wrong .could someone let me know if I can leave them zipped

hi working on my setup allday now ten hours in .my system select tab on the left side in launchbox is acting strange .when i scroll down to say playstation 2 it climbs backup to all system games at the top.i have rebooted my pc and this is still happening .i have looked at my mouse also .it seems ok specs are windows10 64 i7 6700k 4gb 32gb ram gpu nvidia 1080 founders edition amout of games in collection 2975 though i think i can say only about 300 work any help would be great

any idears ill foward it onto jason with report error

you see what it was is i started doing it one at a time and my laptop was having a bad time .hard drive slowing the machine down so upgraded it to a ssd .then that went all went up in the airl.i hadnt done things rite and had to start from scatch building launchbox again well trying to get it setup as i had before i upgraded the drive.you probily remember i was asking about error dll files and you told me to do a google search for novice stuff like this.lol

cheers thats the tutorials i have been watching over the last few months now i would say .got afew systems setup but once brad starts going into things like type .cue files and bin files into search field in window and launchbox and windows will only select theses file .i i control a and select all the files its were do i place these new files. i get lost quickly.ill keep trying though

its all new to me but getting there slowly .would you have any links showing the steps or what i was saying or was it ok.see at first istarted setting this up with simply austons tutorials for rlauncher and hyperspin,though i couldnt get it to run.then he started doing videos using rlauncher and launchbox as the front end. most of my games are still ziped as thats how rlaunches needed them .i could just sit unzip and place in launchbox game folders..is this also the way you store your setup

so lordmonkus i only have 35 games so would i just be better unziping each games folder and pointing at .cue files .is that right

thanks i watched a launchbox video and saw them talk about using a program called isobuster but it sounded really hard to do.

lordmonkus am i right in thinking i can leave my roms in 7z with ePSXe .yip this was the emulator i was using

hi all hoping someone can help with this issue.when i go into ps1 platform in launchbox not bigbox the screen size of my desktop has been changed all the way down to 800 x 600 i normally have my desktop set at 3840 x 2160 and its fine for my other systems .its just ps1 that it is happening on .im sure i read somthing in here about this issue before .but cant find it.if anyone can point me in tyhe right direction id be greatfull graham

Ok so make profile of 0.181 mame exe.and description ,call it update or something them just go through the next steps

Thanks cid I'm had rom set 0.153 And could never get arcade stuff to work.so I downloaded full rom set 0.161 last night .then downloaded all the 20 update packs to 0.181 .renamed the mame set 0.153 as backup placed the new 0.161 set in new folder within roms.downloaded the emulator to run 0.181 .hopeing I have done this part right i then moved onto clrmamepro and pressed create profile directly ,file name was my mame 0.161 roms.description mame 0.162,emulator mame.one I do this do I just keep going through 0.163,0.164,etc etc . i need a video step by step I work ten times better visilly learning than reading .any help would be great cid graham

I really new to this and need more tutorials any one no of any .im sure I haven't got it right in my head.i have downloaded mame 0.161 rom set and all 20 update packs .i point clrmamepro to rom set them point at each updat pack .keep doing this till the mame roms update to 0.181 .im totally wrong arnt I.im finding it really hard to understand what to do .

lol must have been 7.5 .loading that new install of 7.5 has done it but all i need to try and sort is my 9 platforms.got two working .this is sothing else you truely do love your work .

hi jason i was on 7.6 beta i think .i downloaded the link you sent now .i have installed it on the external drive that got all launchbox folders. as i would like to copy all the folders onto a bartop im planning ,but first id like to get this all running smoothly on my gaming rig.all the videos are a tramedis help for somone like me as i tend to learn better watching someone doing it as i copy any retain lol.thank
