  1. Cool stuff, seems useful for laptop owners :o... I'll stick to desktop builds. Keep my laptop for surfing the web only :P. Seems more practical to build a small desktop build then invest in the thunderbolt GPU setup from the start.
  2. ohhh maybe some sweet black outlines of the systems with big box in the middle
  3. @Kolk1604 and @Rasmulus actually RetroArch lets you Save and Load multiple Configuration files with different settings. This is great since Launch Box lets you load different configurations based on different systems. You may not need another program to do that. though I'm not familiar with the other program. Thanks, Quartz
  4. @Rasmulus did you compare the core you have loading in the emulator->platform menu vs the core you have downloaded in RetroArch? It became apparent to me last night that the only thing that matters is: 1) The core written in that command line in "Platforms" matches the core you have in RetroArch. 2)Name of the system matches the name of the system used in the "Platforms" menu. Both of these things can't really be automated since it would remove some much appreciated customization/flexability. Thanks, Quartz
  5. For anyone looking for a resolution to my problem. The initial core the system was loading was incorrect. This Vs: Thanks, Quartz
  6. @lordmonkus Using the SNES9X Core: Any other Ideas? Thanks, Quartz
  7. @lordmonkus basically did the same thing except I used the import function instead of dragging. I think it may be something to do with RetroArch...
  8. @lordmonkus That did not work unfortunately. I appreciate you sticking with me! Thanks, Quartz
  9. @lordmonkus Still not launching RetroArch I don't think it's the command line that is giving me the issue anymore. Below is what my cores folder shows: Thanks, Quartz
  10. @lordmonkus I have this in my cores folder per the video tutorial: Thanks, Quartz
  11. @lordmonkus I tried adding exactly what you wrote. I tried removing "-L "cores\snes9x_next_libretro.dll" " from the command line. I'm not sure what else it could be nothing seems to even launch RetroArch. It has to be something else im doing wrong. If the command line was wrong RetroArch would at least load up and crash right? Thanks, Quartz
  12. @lordmonkus different computer but getting the same issue. Looks like my retro RetroArch is creating that file when I save my config as new...
  13. I'm using the lastest version of LaunchBox. Followed the instructions to launch from RetroArch from this youtube video: I believe my issue is my associated platforms for SNES is: Super Nintendo Entertainment System -L "cores\snes9x_next_libretro.dll" -c "RetroArch-0509-140245..cfg" True Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Quartz
