The only way I can setup a different controller each time is by going to the user binds while I'm in the current system. But then if I exit retroarch with "save configurations on exit" turned on, the binds don't save. If I exit with "save current configiration" the hotkey binds don't save. If I exit with "save new configuration" it works until I exit launchbox and reenter that system... Then it don't work again.. I'm so confused with these options

Awesome.. I feel like I'm getting somewhere.. Bit when I go into quick menu within a game to change the controls for that system.. My controller don't show up... Just "retro pad". My controller does show up in input binds menu as "USB controller" but not in quick start menu. Any ideas? I'm trying to use separate system USB controllers per system I play.... thanks

How the hell do u save per system in retroarch. I set my SNES controls up with SNES retro controller as well as hot keys. Menu toggle becomes f1 and my desired key on pad but when in game, f1 no longer works, nor escape to get out of game. All I did was enable configuration to save per core. Please help

I have set up 2 systems already, NES and Sega Genesis both using retroarch as the default emulator and both work fine.. Doing the same exact steps to setup SNES, my roms won't play... Whats the deal? I tried multiple cores within retroarch. I even unzipped all my roms and reloaded them to launchbox with no luck. Please help

It ended up working the 2nd time. Maybe my internet cut out in the middle.. Still struggling with setting up retroarch though.. This is driving me nutts. Retropie was so much easier

So I tried adding my 1st system into launchbox. (Snes). I have a premium account as well as premium with emumovies. I followed all the steps to add artwork AMD movies. It did its thing overnight and I woke up to only the first maybe 60 games out of 783 have video snaps. All artwork was scraped but it seems the movie snaps just stopped downloading for some reason after the 1st 60 or so games.. Is there a reason for this?

Im new to launchbox.. But can anyone explain the difference between using just launchbox/bigbox compared to running it through rocket launcher? Is there a benefit to either way? Thanks

Sorry I am completely new. I started a pi build and now decided to upgrade to a bigger package deal. Lol. I got the PC and watched YouTube videos. I just purchased bigbox last night. My first question is how to setup multiple USB controllers to work per system.. Is this hard to do? I also have joystick and buttons with a zero delay USB encoder which id like to use for mame..
