Changing the name. It's going to be called
The KeepCouple new shots taken from the demo. As you can see from the shots, I decided to show fan art for platforms that have no device image. There will be some smooth subtle animations everywhere. Going to make the Pause and Startup views also and the Options menu. Should look like THE KEEP all the way.

You could just search the web for nice looking images and crop them to fit the theme and then just add the logo over it. Basic stuff.
Frankly the shading and image filtering in the default theme is pointless and quite bad. Should replace all the platform images to unfiltered versions. -

Nice job! You should remove the shadow from the left also. Working on my next theme that has the menu aligned to the left in all of the views.

I did some changes... The blockiness was quite distracting so I did some fading instead. This does mean that vertical videos are stretched.

Fine tuned the animations a bit for the final version. I think this one is ready.

Decided to show this. Video is 30 fps, so it does not feel so smooth, but you will get the point how the view works and animates.

Hello, these are just early designs. I have not even started making this on CTC yet. Yes, I'm releasing the CTC source files, when the theme is finished. Wall views are made manually editing the xaml files.

More platform views. Using the Colorful platform videos by Viking. Added gradients because the views needed some depth. This is looking more or less like Pulse. Maybe the views are more defined and consistent across the theme now.

Updated the Horizontal Wheel View and did one vertical wheel with large box art. There will be one with clear logos also.

Small updates. Was thinking about the animated menu which might prove to be too irritating. I then decided to put the game notes to appear in front of the video with some timed animations (wish there was a button to show the notes). Added fan art (if any) to fade in behind the logo. Going to be careful not to add too many elements here, just don't want it to be too empty and clean. Did some CRT effect image layers for the video.
Horizontal Wheel View 1 will use the same layout as Pulse. Didn't feel it needed any big changes. Removed notes from this view to avoid too much clutter. This view will get some fine tuning later.

Fine tuned version. Decided to remove the gradients. Some tv's and monitors can't display smooth gradients and then they can look really ugly.

Hi,
Just started to design my new theme Lucidity. More video focused approach this time around. Will support the new badges and play time features. Right now I'm thinking of removing the box art, because it will make the game info harder to fit in there. Also not sure about the menu height right now (makes scrolling game lists harder). This views is hard, because it's used in two places. I would like to make completely separate game details view and list view.

Ps: is there a way to change the game list text to the left instead right? See the text list on the right and images on the left is really weird for me.
The animations should not use GPU... I think. CPU power matters the most. The lowest I have tested with is i5 4570 (integrated GPU) which works quite well on lower resolutions < full hd. Glad you got it running better though. Unfortunately you would have to edit the theme in CTC I think. It would be great, if there was an option to change the alignment for the menus.

There seems to be a bug when using search. On some views the platform title does not show up. I have a fix ready for this. I will also add the platform title to all views that are now missing it.

Just realised I don't even use those images for the 2.0 version of Pulse. Still I fixed them. Going to update the theme soon. Did some tweaks also for some of the views.

Currently gameplay scenen is used.
Also it should show the images randomly if it has multiple fanart backgrounds from the same game.
How do I do that?You should be able to download the older CTC versions. Look a bit closer, there is a link "see changelog". Should use version < 2.0 for lv-101
