First of all hello and my sincerest apologies if this matter has been addressed but I am not exactly sure what search terms I could have used for this particular problem. Can someone please tell me why this happens and if there is a quick solution bar manually renaming the files? I have noticed something like Ecco which i have USA, Euro and Jap roms for have garbage names but F1 Racing championship which is a Euro exclusive has a well formatted name. I'm guessing its the multiple games of the same name. Is it possible to get all the media for different regions and one video per game without the messed up names? Apologies if this has been asked before and thank you for any help. Attached a screenshot to post as well.

This is driving me crazy trying to work out how to make a setup like Robin with the one system split into regions. Trying to work this out by trial and error but I can't work it out and have been unable to find a clear explanation anywhere else. Sigh....can someone please (such as the op) share their method? At least for the benefit of others.
