Hmm, unhiding them does seem to have solved the problem. The thing was, it was hiding them even after they had been assigned images, so when I did that it showed 4 copies of the game I was trying to fix. So it seems to have worked, but I'm still going through the set. Thanks!

I know this has been posted in other threads, but those solutions didn't work for me. In my SNES collection, when I update cover art for games that have none (from the right-click -> edit menu), it then erases the game from the library once I click 'ok.' In other threads, it was reassigning the associated platform and the game just moved to 'All,' but my SNES titles aren't there. I think they're somewhere, because when I reimport I have to select 'Force importing of duplicate games,' even though the title isn't in all or showing up in search. And it only happens with SNES, no other collections. Any thoughts about how to fix are appreciated.
