  1. Found this on a different forum..but references the same request...to exit FX3 in a 1 button event: If this doesnt work...what about ending the actual Windows process of pinballfx3.exe (or whatever the .exe is...away from machine this moment) via a set key combo [shift-Esc]?
  2. What the process to rescrape once brought into LB? Last Q for the night LOL
  3. So if after scraping and still no artwork <even via EmuMovies>, whats the norm here...create your own or just live with it? Mind you, I brought in too many gaming options lol.
  4. Just dont add the code for testing into another pc with steam on it or you cant use the same code on your actual desired setup....now i wait for another code from Zen
  5. AHHH!! I did just import a few older Mortal Kombt Mame.zips from another HD <old cabinet setup)...so by doing so caused this! ...teach a man to fish
  6. I now have broken down/detailed Platforms even though per the print screen...only a few added...?
  7. #1 Currently using Nestopia but while looking to see how to full screen and exit properly commands...tried adding -f or -fullscreen...no go...see attached. Needing to full screen apparently and then use Esc to exit.... #2 Tried adding this to AHK for FX3...but doesnt do anything: $Esc:: { Process, Close, {{{StartupEXE}}} }
  8. Well I have ditched the rotating monitor idea and ended up going with Pinball FX3 via Steam for at least 1 of my pinball solutions to start.
  9. LG 34" LCD Ultrawide https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078QJZ64X/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
  10. Much thanks. I will play around with it. As there must be a way as I see others with marquees that seem to be fitting full screen. See attached. Here is a link as to how mine is showing...not my video:
  11. Edit: Let me clean up that statement a bit. When I added Pinball FX3 to LB, I called it out as Pinball FX3. Which it launches that demo table proper. When I open BB, there is no "Pinball FX3" platform. I then looked in my Steam Platform and only show my Steam games. No Pinball FX3 is present in BB.
  12. So in setting up my ultrawide screen, I see the box artwork doesnt scale.up/full.screen. Where might this setting be? Also, how can you depict what actually shows? If in the event you dont want box artwork, rather another static image/video. Much Thanks
  13. Its odd...I have my old mame setup HD within the same new computer...I can call that Mame up and play just fine. But the mame I now have for this build <different HD> doesnt respond to stik/buttons...other than escape button; left this out about. So they "are working" in sorts...apparently missing some mapping config here. Went into LB and tried to set a button to one...no feedback on screen...odd. I currently use an IPAC2 which I'll have a IPAC Ultimate here in a few days...went this route to LED buttons I purchasd as well as plans for other LED lights. Hope to hae this issues resolve by arrival so I can hit the ground running. Been doing the EMU/ROM thing...but nearing the end of that task...#NeedToPlay. Thanks
  14. Not sure what I did here...lol. Am able to load it..per say. But to see anything I have to Esc. Only thing I recall changing was the theme to the other listed. Set back to default...same conditions.... +1 Noob point earned
  15. Jason, Thanks for the reply. Yes I will be able to confirm the keyboard setting here in about an hour or so...tick toc tick toc. Will keep this post updated.
  16. Currently have a arcade mame cabinet I built. Lately I have been thinking of redoing it a bit to go from the small 19" square screen to a spare 50" Plasma screen that hasnt been touching in more than 2yrs. What I am thinking is, a rotatable mount to meet the needs of arcade as well as pinball. Now onto my question, since there will be no DMD (I believe its called) or marquee...all this data needs to be present in the main/only monitor used. So with that being said, which pinball emulator would be the best choice as well as most accessible tables. -BigBox V8.2
  17. If no one ends up assisting to get this to work nor do any of the above items I posted gets me to my end result, since a paid member...would a support ticket be suitable?
  18. Its early ;). Yeah, everything else seems to be proper. Hrmmm, maybe not directly related due to questioning auto switching from 4 to 8 way setup within LB. Edit: I suppose I could hookup a PS3 controller and see if it see that to further troubleshoot? Possible useful thread(s) to be tested later tonight; will edit if not related/not_resolved:
  19. Coming over from HS...and having a slight issue. I can run Mame via *.exe and my controllers and buttons work. however, if called via Launchbox or even BigBig <paid supporter>, controllers nor buttons do anything, The drop down for controllers is empty...am I simply missing a config step? Setup: LaunchBox Version 8.2 Mame32 Version .119 No RetroArch JoyToKey (2) Ultimarc ServoStick and 32 buttons w/trackball controlled by iPAC4 Windows 7 64
