Old images folders

I exported the Win3xO collection from MEAGRE to LaunchBox, however the images were exported the old way that LB used to have them. When I run LB it does not detect the old folders so as to move them to the new folder structure. Is there some way to trigger the move?

Oh, hmm. That's a scenario I hadn't thought about. You might want to back up your LaunchBox folder, first, but I believe it should move all the images on startup if you change this line in the LaunchBox.xml file: <ImagesReorganizedFor5>true</ImagesReorganizedFor5> Change that line to false instead of true and it should move the images. Let me know how that works. I should probably create a menu item to trigger that; I'll add that to my list.

Greetings. Just started looking into this tonight. Did the import (awesome) but realized most of the images were not present. Following this thread, I closed out of LB, made the change (change from true to false) and after restarting LB, it automatically changes back to ture. This is in version 5.7 BTW. Is there something I am overlooking? Thanks!

I suppose it was user error? For whatever reason, it would not do this correctly prior to my post. Today, I deleted all the media content under the "Images" folder, then deleted the games from LB. Repeated the export process, changed the setting from true to false under the .xml and then started LB. THIS TIME, a dialog box came up stating it was doing the conversion and there you go, it worked. Again, I'm sure I did something initially when I exported that prevented the process from running. Not sure if I understand what had happened but I do know that the images have now been ported over properly. Sorry for taking up forum space :) !
