Capcom Play System 3 Command Line?

Hello - I Have Capcom Play System 3 all set up and running using the CPS3 emulator. I have LaunchBox opening the emulator, the problem is it doesn't load the ROM. I am assuming I need a default command line - Does anyone know what it is? Thank you
