Retroarch Core Checker / Updater Tool

The user by the name of wyzrd over on the Retroarch forums has made this awesome little program you can use to check for updates and download and install them for you.

As always with something like this, make a backup of your Retroarch folder first just in case.

It's been updated now to include the option to just download cores only and even just the cores you want and ignore the ones you don't want.

I sent the dev of this tool a PM over there to post and upload over here. He said he would after he's done some more development and bug testing.

OMG this is fantastic, I try to use Retroarch for everything I can, this will certainly make it easier to keep up to date.
