You seem to have a space in your path between ZINCGUI and 1.9.5, so double quotes are needed as below (hope I typed your path ok).

63 --use-controller-cfg-file="L:\LaunchBox\Emulators\ZINCGUI 1.9.5\aquarush-controller.cfg"

By the way, have you noticed any difference between how the games look, sound and play in Zinc as opposed to MAME?

Thanks Spycat, it worked.. and magically somehow I'm getting the tekken games working with sound too now. Thankyou bro
