Adding a new Emulator name

So I have this problem about Emulator names. Is it possible to add a new Emulator name such as going to tools>Manage Emulators>Emulator Details>Emulator Name.

I am trying to use Stella(Its an Emulator) for Atari 2600 right but Stella is not in the list of names given, I know that it wants me to use RetroArch to make it all work but I find it impossible to work with RetroArch. Example, RetroArch makes it so I need to install Stella inside the the RetroArch interface therefore I cannot use the one I already have. Second, I find it impossible to change the controls in RetroArch because if I want to play Atari 5200 that has like 50 buttons for one controller, I cant understand how to change each individual key using the settings inside retroarch. Also I find that the picture quality  is completely crap (as shown in the pictures I uploaded). Using different emulators for each platform is so much easier but LaunchBox does not give me that option because it forces me to use an Emulator name.

I found out how to get around this by selecting a random emulator name, for example I choose Snes9x Emulator name and make the path as as stella therefor tricking it so it will open Stella instead of Snes9x. But if I ever want to add SNES to my emulator list, then I need to delete the path and so on..

So in short... How do I add a new emulator name!?!?
