Startup Video on Multi monitor set up... Need some help

Hello everyone! I use a multi monitor setup. Display #1 is a 1080p 16:9 and display #2 is 2560x1080 21:9. I have display #2 set up as my primary display and what I use to play modern games on. Display #1 is what I use for emulation, BigBox and LaunchBox. I currently have everything set up properly so that it is on display #1 (my secondary monitor). Everything except the startup video. That still shows up on display #2 (my primary monitor). Changing how BigBox is launched (shortcuts, from within LaunchBox, or on either screen) has had zero effect on which display the startup video is shown. I have even exited out of full screen mode while the startup video is playing by hitting the escape key so I can drag it over to display #1. That has no effect on where the video starts the next time BigBox is launched. I have searched the forums for information on this but to no avail. Nor is there any option I can find that controls the startup video. Am I missing something? Can someone point me in the right direction? I am using VLC as my video player.

I took a look at the VLC config file that is in the VLC folder. It's the closest thing i could find to an ini file regarding VLC that is in the LaunchBox. Out of the 4700 lines of text in that file I am not sure where to look. If I start VLC with a shortcut outside of LaunchBox it starts on my secondary monitor.

The VLC config file located in the VLC file folder of the LaunchBox root folder has only one reference to monitor and it is referencing pixel aspect ratio or PAR.

edit:

I also did a search for display. This returned many more options however I am not sure which one if any affect the display the startup video is launched on.
