How to run Windows 3 games

Anyone have a tutorial on how to set up windows 3 games to run on a Windows 10 system?  Every time I click on the game application it says my computer can not run the program.  Would also like to know how to set them up in launchbox and get them to run i there is anything extract needed besides just adding them as roms.

Windows 3 games can be run through DOSBOX I believe.

With a bit of extra set up. Vanilla DOSBox, if I recall, also doesn't handle them the best? There is a DOSBox fork out there that can handle W3.x better, but I can't remember what it was.
