Are there isos images of modified games? Is it that I downloaded one here with a problem in the video game? can you tell if these images are good?

I have no idea. I have just downloaded the games already in .iso format and they always worked.

you can load .bin files directly in PCSX2 so really no need to convert.

I just add the bins to LB then set PCSX2 to emulator and it just plays them

I do not understand, it opens normal like the ISO image or has to configure?

It should work the same way as the iso file.
