support Settings.xml corrupt

Is there somewhere I can get this file individually? Looked through help and support and couldn't find it.

Also have no idea how to use the the back up folders .xml files.

Close Launchbox.

Grab the newest backup settings.xml file from the backups folder, it will be named something along the lines of "Settings_2017-10-31_18-26-35.xml" and rename it to "settings.xml and put it in \Data folder.

Start Launchbox.

i did as u said but no luck , in my case is "Settings_2019-03-12_15-48-52" and i renamed the file into "Settings.xml" didnt work, renamed it to "Settings"(bcs si already a xml)  still wont work, pls help :/

It appears that bigbox settings and list cache was also corupted , i replaced them too and now everything is fine , also i did not rename any file just copy paste and it worked
