It turned out.... no where near as good. But here you are anyway. Everything I now know about GIMP came from doing this. Hope someone enjoys it. Used with integer scaling OFF, aspect ratio set to core provided. I think the template I used to begin with was the wrong size, so the image is bigger than it "needs" to be, but it still fits perfectly on a 1080p.
