How download Windows 360 emulator other Xenia

Since Friday I look desperately for an emulator of xbox 360 for my pc under Windows 10, to play Tenchu z.
Here is my configuration:

There are no good 360 emulators and even if there where I doubt that your Pentium processor would be able to run it at a playable speed.

So you advise me to wait until the emulators stabilize, 
Even if I can not and play without latency, I try to launch Xenia but nothing happens.

Yeah I concur with @DOS76 here, even if there was a good reliable emulator your specs would be way underpowered, not just the cpu, but the RAM as well. 2GB will not be enough as obviously Windows would use a large portion of that, then launchbox/bigbox  as well.

Also that is a 6 year old cpu, I would bet that the graphics drivers simply wont run the correct opengl/directx versions the emulator would need.

Do you know an emulator other than Xenia so that I can know if it's not my windows 10 that bug,
 because I try to install the LaunchBox 7.14 
version but he asks me to install Net Framework 4.7 but impossible to install it yet it downloads

if it says 4.7 won't install I suggest using win+r and type winver in the runbox and tell us what version of Windows 10 you are running if it is 1511 or before then you won't be able to install 4.7 at all you will need to upgrade Windows to the latest version.

Thank you but I prefer to keep Windows 10 64bit because windows 7 and 8.1 are under 32bit. In order to upgrade my PC to play Star Wars Battlefront 2

Both Windows 7 and 8 have 64bit versions as does Windows 10. Also I don't think that Battlefront 2 will work on that system either.

I'm confused I think staying on 10 is the way to go and that is what I would suggest but you are going to have to keep updating it. It seems like stable builds of the OS get support for around 2 years. The link I provided will upgrade your PC to the latest version of 10.
