I successfully imported Mame and have it working, except LB separates the roms into separate working systems (Capcom, Cave, SNK, Taito, Namco, Midway, etc). When you import Mame roms there is a checkbox to import those playlists, you need to uncheck it in future uploads to prevent it from importing again. To delete them now just close out Launchbox and in the data\playlist folder delete those playlist .xml files. Then reopen LB and they will be gone. The games will all be under your mame platform.
