Not receiving download email

Hey, I've tried a couple of times across multiple emails to receive the download email and it is not coming through on any of them. I've checked the spam folders and it isn't there either. The crazy thing is the email to register for this forum came right through so I dunno whats going on but hopefully someone can help. Thanks in advance!
