RocketLauncher does not run

I'm trying to run rocketlauncher on my pc and i get an error that says this cappp can not on your pc  anybodyelse getting this issue with rockelauncher

No issues here as I have been tinkering with RL lately. Is this a recent install? Try downloading RL and running in a new folder and see if the new on runs.
