j3nesis
My Bitdefender antivirus picked up: Quote The file [redacted]\LaunchBox\CefSharp\x86\libGLESv2.dll is infected with Gen:Variant.Graftor.454553. It didn't pick up anything in any previous builds, as soon as I updated to the latest beta, it flagged this message. I assume it's a false positive but just in case, reporting it here. neil9000
Hi and welcome to the community. Yeah this will be a false positive, it does happen from time to time. Its probably due to the file being so new and therefore not in there database of whitelisted programs yet. Some antivirus programs are way over sensitive to programs. Jason Carr
Sadly I can't test every beta against every crappy anti-virus program (and yes, they're pretty much all crap). I do test the official releases, however. My recommendation has always been to dump third-party anti-virus solutions and use Microsoft's built-in-to-Windows-and-just-works-without-being-annoying Windows Defender. My personal stance is that any anti-virus program that consistently gives out false positives ruins the entire purpose of the program. The boy who cried wolf ends up dead in the end.
neil9000
100% agree with that. I use Windows Defender myself, its non intrusive until it needs to be.
