Launchbox opening Winzip on some games?

Just in the process of configuring Mame through Retroarch, most games will load fine, but some games will open Winzip instead?

Anyone know why this is? A example would be Street Fighter Alpha 3? 

Works fine if I open directly in Retroarch.

Check the edit emulator screen of your Retroarch emulator in Launchbox, you probably got the check box for extract roms turned on.

Do those same ROMs work from within RetroArch MAME core
