Intro vdeo does not play

i just went premium today and cant get intro videos to run i put the video in the videos folder as starup.mp4 and it doesnt run

Hi and welcome to the community.  

They go in a folder called startup in the video folder, they can be named anything you like and you can have more than one, Launchbox will play a random one.

As long as the startup folder is named correctly and is in the videos folder Bigbox will automatically play the videos in it at launch. If its not then I would say there is a typo or the startup folder is in the wrong place.
