Enhancements that would improve user experience

Hi, Launchbox is great, but it could be even greater if we could:

- Right-click on a platform and get a menu option to scan for new roms in the folder

- Get a toolbar with nice big icons for the most common tasks, like "Import Roms", "Manage Emulators" etc.

I would also add an easier way to sort platforms and playlists - editing the sort name in each one becomes cumbersome. I would love the ability to drag and use arrows (like when prioritizing images).
