Imaging Dreamcast games from burnt CD-R

I have a lot of self boot DC's games on CD-R(99Min) for use in my actual dreamcast. What is the easiest way to get them back onto the PC for use with Redream? Preferably without having to buy any software.

This may not be the only or easiest way but may rip the disk to an .img file using ImgBurn and then use the free version of Iso Buster to convert to .cdi. I'm not sure of the different file types Redream supports so maybe there is something simpler and doesn't need to be converted.
