Using background image instead of video

I am using the Unified Redux theme.  Initially I downloaded theme videos for playlists I had created to match some of the ones in Unified. I created a category under all named Collection. I have decided that I would rather just use the backgrounds that are part of the theme, both to keep it quieter and to minimize space usage.  The problem is that I cannot seem to get the backgrounds to show up.

As an example, I created a Batman playlist.  The background does not show up, only the logo and a black background.  I then thought that maybe I had to tell it where the image was, so for that playlist, I pointed it to the Batman background.  It still does not show up.

Is this some setting in Big Box that I either have ticked or do not have ticked?  I've played around, but I still cannot get it to work.  

To be clear, I am seeing everything properly in the actual game info area, such as the video box, background and pointer.  The place that I am not seeing it is on the wheel where I scroll through the collection category.

What am I doing wrong?  Please and thank you, in advance.

Have you tried going into the BB settings and refreshing your image cache.

Thank you, yes I had done that. I figured it out.  To get it to show up in this particular theme, I had to add the images to platform device rather than fanart.
