You will need "Not Another Scrubber or Shrinker" Beta 1 from the following page: https://digiex.net/threads/not-another-scrubber-or-shrinker-download-gamecube-iso-dec-converter.15422/ It will decrypt the DEC file into an ISO one (supports batch conversion). 1 Quote
