i bought 2 years worth of launch box and you   uninstall my version and i lose access to big box  !!!!  i wanted to keep my previous version with no  updates this is unfair ... the second time i purchased was supposed to be a life time but i did your quick method and it screwed me for another year not life time i wanted life 2 years i have bought it yearly now

i do not want to renew another year last year was meant to be alifetime subscription but it went thru as a year  again   how do i stop all future updates im happy with  what i have now thanks

A simple email to support would help you resolve your issue, posts like this are very much inappropriate.

This is  quite clear in the options ?

Tools>Options>Updates>Uncheck all

ok thanks so i turn these off or roll it back i get big box back    i have owned the full version 2 years now i auto for another key and last year it gave me only 1 year jey so i wont be renewing as it asked me today  sorry for the comments earlier   just gutted to lose bigbox after   it expired if i dont update will switching all these off sort that  out thanks

Yes, roll back with a previous installer from your Updates folder in Launchbox and turn off those update check boxes.

sorry but when it scans  and it says has a definitions update for  scan material do i just say no or does it down load those as a free thing too thanlks

Definitions update ?

Are you talking about when importing a game and a database update ? If so then that's completely free, the database updates daily.
