Game title image download from EmuMovies

Hi I just try LaunchBox today for supermodel emulator and it work. However i just cant download game title images etc for my ROMs via the emuMovies login (Although i can login the emuMovies website).

I am a newbie and still a free version user of both LaunchBox and emuMovies. Do i need a paid version to access these resources ?

The images from emumovies and our database are available with free accounts. Did you call the platform something other than Arcade? if so that is the problem.

Thanks, i think its already under the arcade section, right ? 

and i find that i cant connect to the emuMovies website. Neither login using "Display Name" nor using "email address" as User ID in Launchbox. Same even i turn off the firewall ?

you have to have a EM account and use the password and user id from their site. If you already have an id and that isn't working then I have no clue what the issue is.

You have the platform called Sega Model 3, this is what i said, naming it like that wont find images as its not a platform,its a Arcade board. Right click the platform in the sidebar and choose edit, and change the "scrape as" to Arcade.

As for your emumovies login not working then that is a emumovies issue and not one we can help with on the Launchbox forums.

It is indeed caused by corrupted window system files. After a system scan the program work now
