Forums Update

Since the recent forums update a little earlier, I'm unable to browse topics as a guest and get the error below.
When logged in then everything works as before the update.
The error isn't making much sense to me.

Thank you @spycat; I was not aware of that. Turns out it was an issue with an old plugin that I just removed. Hopefully we'll be good to go now.
