MikeH133 Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 Battle Command is the name of two separate Commodore 64 games in the Games DB (https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/88350 & https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/75281). When I use the Search for Metadata button in Launchbox, it only ever returns "[LaunchBox DB] Battle Command (Commodore 64) (1/1/1985)" with a link to Launchbox DB ID #138350 which takes me to https://gamesdb.launchbox-app.com/games/details/88350, or a link to Wikipedia that shows the correct game, however, I want the Launchbox DB link to the other game. Is there a way to force Launchbox to obtain the other game details or is this an error that needs fixing? Any assistance appreciated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Belgarath Posted April 24, 2019 Share Posted April 24, 2019 I've submitted a change to the 1985 one to change the name to Battle Command [1985] as it's the only way to stop same name conflicts. Please note it can take a few days for it to be approved and depending on when it gets approved it could still be 1-2 days afterwards before LaunchBox picks up the updated database info.
