MAME Playlists - Horizontal and Vertical

I've finally tried the MAME importing feature (first time since Lightspeed)... the first thing I am really missing here is a playlist for filtering Horizontal and Vertical games.  This was a very useful filter I had set up with Lightspeed importer and I would really like it if it could be added.

Hi, I'm going to test it: I was using Lightspeed too. I was wondering: can the built-in import handle the catver and history.dat files? About catver I really want its genres granularity (eg. sports/basketball, sports/soccer etc..).

I would love for the Launchbox MAME importer to be able to scrape more of the MAME data including from catver and history.dat. There's a wealth of information available that would be really useful to have in LB.
