Jason Carr Posted October 23, 2019 Share Posted October 23, 2019 Hi @orac31, most likely this happened because the file transfer operation over to your device missed some of the thumbnail images. Unfortunately the Windows file transfer is not always reliable when transferring over to mobile devices via USB. If you still have the export package, just try exporting it over to your device again.
