Can't remove default platform banner

I've deleted all my platform banner images and somehow they pop back into existance.

First I did it through Launchbox and when that didn't work I did it through the file explorer on Windows 10. They still come back.

Anyone know how I can remove them for good?

I just tried deleting a platform banner image and when I clicked OK, it was still there.

@Retrofrogg Does this happen across all platforms, and for all image types? If you remove it, click ok and then run the cleanup media option, does it include it in the items to be deleted?

Hi @AstroBob - it's specifically this particular banner image style, which seems to be present for a number of platforms:

I don't know if it's some kind of default image? It's only this particular type of banner image that the problem happens with. If I remove it (by clicking the red X in the image above) then click OK, then it just reappears in the game carousel:

Thanks, so I confirmed with the team that these images keep appearing is that these are system images required by LaunchBox, and therefore cannot be removed. If you want to change the image that is in there, you can replace it with a different image by editing a platform and adding a new banner image and deleting the old one. As long as you have 1 banner image, it should not replenish the default one.
