LaunchBox not working with Google's Pixel Slate

The Pixel Slate would be a great HW platform to run Launchbox on,  any chance you are testing with this device? When launchbox is started it just sits at the launch screen.

That's odd; sorry to hear about the issue there. I don't have a Pixel Slate to test with, but I'm wondering if something else might be going on. Do you have anything non-standard installed on or attached to the device? Is it rooted or anything?

The Pixel Slate is a ChromeOS device, they do support Android apps these days, but maybe there is a incompatibility, as i believe apps from the play store are essentially emulated by the OS. Also they are running on Intel chips and not ARM.

Oh, interesting. I thought it was pure Android. There is a known issue with Chrome OS that I haven't figured out yet. I do plan to get a hold of a cheap Chrome OS device here at some point for testing.
