Controller Mapping /Exit Game

I did the controller mapping for BigBox and set the buttons "Select" + "Start" to exit games. It works fine with all emulators, except MAME. When I press the 2 buttons in MAME nothing happens.

What could be the cause? Can somebody help?

Open Mame and set that same button combo inside Mame for its internal exit. Mame is weird like that and it is one of the ones you also need to set inside the emulator. Set it in the field for "UI Cancel"

I tried. But dont know how to make button combo. Is it possible?

I tried with "and" instead of "or" but not working

you make it by setting it in the ui by pressing the buttons at the same time not by typing something in although after doing so you can probably check and see what syntax they are using so you know next time and you can set it like that.
