Multiple games, one emulator, multiple cores

Ok I can’t figure this out.

right now I have an arcade platform, as usual.

this platforms associated emulator is retro arch

the Default core for the arcade platform with retroarch is mame.

but I also want my final burn games in Arcade and I want mvc2 with flycast in there as well.  
 

how do I accomplish this?  
right now I’m staring at mvc2, sf3-2 and sf3-3 in my arcade platform.

mvc2 should be flycast

the street fighters should be final burn.

the rest should be mame.

i can change the entire platform but not each rom, at least I’m not sure how.

Right click the rom and choose edit then go to the emulation tab check the box for custom command and then type in the command to the core that you want to use.
