sudden super slow displaying games

Today, using Launchbox as usual, with no changes made for few days, and Launchbox has become incredible slow.

When i mean slow, i mean it can takes up to30/40 secondes to display the games of a platform, up fo 40 seconds to display the result of the search bar.....

Any idea why this happens all of a sudden ? I still have about 25.000 games over a dozen of platforms. Nothing huge.

Could be windows update or other background processes are using resources. But it could also be launchbox is caching images (theres a small indicator bar running up top in that case) when you scaled or switched the image view.

i didn't do any windows update. Neither added plateform.

the only thing i did was creating child category for my most played platform. Bet even if i limit my search to a single platform the problem is the same. In fact it doesn't even cache anything. When i click on a category or enter a name in the search bar, Launchbox has no reaction, like if it was freezing and the hard drive is not reacting. Then after 30 second it's like anything "unfreeze" (meanwhile, the computer is not frozen, i can do things without slowliness. Just launchbox have that problem.

EDIT : To be more precise, only the "search" function seems to be super slow to react. I don't have that problem in Big Box, and anything else in Launchbox is reacting normally. But search bar, gosh just horrible ;(
