community COLORFUL resources

Probably the wrong place to ask this but I’ll ask anyway: I’d like to create a set of video and static images for my active marquee screen using the “COLORFUL” themes/images/videos. (I would of course share in the forums if there’s any interest.) Are there any guidelines for permissions and of course crediting the content creators? What about sharing to other platforms?
